By accessing or using DeskDoc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeskDoc provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that handles incoming business calls, books appointments, answers queries, and provides call analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • All plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Free trials last 7 days with no credit card required
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
  • Use the Service to make automated spam or robocalls
  • Exceed the call limits of your subscription plan
  • Share or resell access to the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in the Service are the property of DeskDoc. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeskDoc is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
