Product Update: Multilingual Voice Support Now Live

We're excited to announce a major update: DeskDoc now supports five Indian languages — Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada — with more on the way.

India has 22 official languages and hundreds of dialects. A receptionist system that only works in English misses a huge segment of your customer base. With multilingual support, your AI receptionist can now:
- Detect the caller's preferred language automatically
- Switch languages mid-conversation if needed

When a caller speaks, DeskDoc's language detection kicks in within the first few seconds. The AI seamlessly adapts its responses to match the caller's language — no menu selection needed.
You can also set a default language for your business and configure which languages your AI should support.
